Christmas is a stressful time of year for everyone, but we aim to make it as straight forward as possible when it comes to getting what you ordered. Running up to the christmas period below are our last sending days in order to get your goods before christmas, so order in good time for the most economical delivery services.

Our chosen couriers for our UK deliveries are City Link, Nightfreight and Fedex, some of the largest and most successful express delivery companies in the UK. With an expansive network of branches throughout the UK, this enables us to reach more of our customers at reasonable prices in this current climate of ever rising fuel and transport costs.
Our curriers offer a door-to-door service and will attempt to deliver to your chosen address on two consecutive occasions before holding the consignment at a local depot awaiting your contact from the card they left if you wernt in. The service is insured and so must be signed for at the delivery address specified on the invoice un-less specifically requested.
Normal delivery hours are between 0830 and 1730, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise specified. However, we are pleased to be able to offer our customers a wider choice of timed delivery options, including deliveries guaranteed to arrive before 0700hrs, 0900hrs, 1030hrs, 1200hrs, after 1200hrs and Saturday deliveries. If you require one of these specialist timed deliveries you will need to speak to us on the phone as factors like weight and size of your total order effect the cost of these services.
International deliveries are made as standard using Royal Mail international signed for services where possible, after packages weigh more than 2kg or are out side the maximum package dimensions Royal Mail can handle, we use UPS as standard. UPS are renowned for being the best and most reliable international express courier in the world and as such provide full tracking and insurance on all shipments. For extremely large items out side the capabilities of UPS like 6ft Pool tables we use a company called Davies Turner who specialize in dealing with bulky freight, though costing's on this are custom to each delivery and order.

Goods will be delivered within 14 days from date of payment, we always strive to dispatched your order on the same day you place it assuming the order is received before 1300hrs, but all orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving your order and goods generally reach customers within 7 days. The FREE delivery service excludes 7ft tables and some large /heavy items where stated.
This service will guarantee that you receive your entire order within 7 days of making payment. To achieve this your order will be sent using the best suited delivery service to your order (Royal Mail 1st class signed for, Royal Mail special delivery, City Link standard express). The delivery service will require that there is a signature to receive the order.
This service will guarantee that you receive your entire order before the close of business (usually 1730hrs) the next working day (Monday to Friday) from the date of payment of your order as long as the order is placed before 1300hrs, else it will be next day from the next working day.

International Delivery Services
We openly offer just one standard delivery service on all orders. This service will ensure safe, secure and speedy delivery of your order world wide. Delivery times are usually within 14 days* from date of payment.
We can offer express and economy delivery services as well, depending on the goods you want to order. Tthese services will require you to contact us via e-mail and supply us with the following information to give you a quote for the delivery service you require.
PLEASE NOTE: Though we try to make our online ordering system as flexible as possible. IF YOU ORDER A TABLE for delivery to an international address our standard delivery services are only able to cope with tables up to 4ft 6in in size and though our system will provide a price for larger tables we will have to come back to you with a custom quote for delivery using our specialist overseas shipers.
* All the above delivery services are from the date that the whole order is paid for in full and, in the unlikely event that we are out of stock, from when the goods come into stock with us. If any item is out of stock on an order we do endeavor to come back to customers as soon as possible with details. Also please note that advanced delivery services on 7ft tables and some large/heavy items may not be available, but we will endevour to get the table to you when you need it, in any case you will be contacted.

Mainland UK Delivery Charge Details
We endeavor to despatch all orders received before 1300hrs on the same day. On our Standard service, these orders will be delivered within 14 days.
If you require guaranteed 7day or next day delivery of your order, then our Advanced 7 day service is available for an additional charge of £4.00 or Next Day service is available for an additional charge of £8.00 for orders placed by 1300hrs Monday to Thursday as any orders placed with next day delivery on Friday will be delivered on the Monday.
As our standard delivery service is a delivery usually between 0900hrs and 1730hrs we also offer a range of options to customers placing there order over the phone. To ensure that your order is delivered at a time of day convenient to you, you will need to contact us for a custom quote to your particular order.

International delivery charges are relative to the total order weight and volume and are calculated as you add the items to your cart. If you require a custom quote for your deliver or would like an express or economy delivery service then please e-mail us for details. We will need the details to quote you for delivery services different to our standard international rate.
You can track the status of your order at any time by contact us either by e-mail or by phone. One of our friendly customer services team will be happy to provide you with any details we have on your order, we will be able to provide you with tracking numbers on most orders with which you can monitor the progress of an order to your door. Though on most UK deliveries tracking numbers do not become available until the day of delivery.
International orders are always sent using trackable services unless customers specifically request an economy service. Tracking details are usually provided automatically via e-mail though if you do not receive any details please contact us.
The courier driver must get a signature before he can go so please check the packaging and contents carefully first. If any of your parcels are missing or damaged please specify this on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. Once you have done this please call one of our Customer Service Advisors on 01179831450 and inform them, they will then make any necessary arrangements. Please keep any boxes that the products are supplied in for two weeks following delivery in case you need to return the product.
If you have any problems with your delivery or goods you must notify our Customer Services Department within 7 working days of receiving your order.
City Link or UPS left me a card.
If you have received a card for the attempted delivery of your order, your parcel will be taken to a local City Link or UPS depot awaiting your collection or communication to arrange another delivery day. If you do not collect the parcel or organize another delivery within 5 working days or by the time specified, the parcel will be sent back to ourselves where it will go through the normal returns procedures. We will then refund you less the costs incurred in trying to deliver your order. This process can take up to 28 days to complete.
City Link have told me they can't find my parcel.
Please call our Customer Services on 01179831450 and tell us exactly what City Link have told you. We may arrange to send you out another batch of goods whilst we resolve the problem with our courier.
Can I redirect my order to another address?
Yes, but we must receive verification of your identity beforehand. This may be a copy of your driving license, passport, utility bill or bank/credit card statement. You may fax this to 01179831450, stating your order number and the new delivery address. A redirection fee of the cost of the delivery so far to BBBilliards Ltd plus £7.95 will apply. Should you wish to redirect your parcel, please call BBBilliards Customer Services on 01179831450 in the first instance. Please have your payment details to hand.
I have only received part of my order, where is the rest?
If your order consists of more than one box, it is very possible that it will simply arrive in another City Link van. We would advise you to wait until the end of the day for the rest of the consignment to arrive. If you have still not received it by the end of the day, please contact your local City Link depot first. Should City Link confirm that the whole consignment has been delivered, please contact one of our Customer Service Advisors on 01179831450 so we may investigate the situation for you.
